Spray Ingredients: distilled aloe water, magnesium chloride flakes, organic essential oils
Directions: Gently shake before use. Lightly apply 3-4 sprays twice a day. Best used on bottoms of feet. Can be applied to entire body. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucus membranes, and other sensitive areas. May cause some itching. Itching is an indicator of magnesium deficiency. If irritations occur, rinse with cool water. Directions: Lightly apply to clean skin. May cause itching which is an indication of magnesium deficiency. If itching occurs, start with small amounts and increase as your body adapts. May be used on entire body. Best used on bottom of your feet.
