SOAKING SALTS MUSCLE BLEND Mega Magnesium : 20oz
A combination of salts with the additional benefits of organic essential oils, is great in the tub because it has a multitude of healing properties. When these salt are soaked, they release magnesium and sulfate ions that are known to relax your muscles, reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce swelling and pain, and more. Double the benefits when using both types of magnesiums in your bath. A little goes a long way!
Fire & Ice Powder:
Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, organic tapioca starch, kaolin clay, boron, organic ground yarrow, ground magnesium flakes, organic essential oils in the following: birch, camphor, clove, wintergreen, rosemary, gernsium, copiaba, frankincense, cinnamon, lavender, geranium, peppermint, and black pepper, organic menthol crystals.
Directions: For soaking in tub start with 1/4c of powder. Tub sizes vary but powder is concentrated. Recommend no more than 1/2c. in tub. For foot soaking use 1Tbs in warm water. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if irritations occurs. Keep out of the reach of children.

Ingredients: organic beesewax, organic cocoa butter, organic Shea butter, organic mango butter, organic olive oil double infused with organic comfrey, organic arnica, and organic calendula, organic castor oil, organic black seed oil, organic essential oils of: birch, camphor, clove, wintergreen, rosemary, gernsium, copiaba, frankincense, cinnamon, lavender, geranium, peppermint, and black pepper
Directions: Apply as needed to sore muscle areas. Discontinue use if any irritations occurs. External use only. Keep away from eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
COOLFX Spray:
Ingredients: non-gmo witch hazel, distilled water, organic vegetable glycerin, menthol crystals, organic essential oils of birch, camphor, wintergreen, spearmint, peppermint, copaiba, frankincense, clove, and preservative
Directions: Shake gently before use. Apply 2-4 light sprays as needed to sore muscle areas. Keep away from eyes & nose due to menthol. Discontinue use if irritations occur. Keep out of the reach of children.
Soaking Salts:
Ingredients: European spa salts include dead sea salts and magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride flakes, dendritic salt, organic crushed menthol crystals, organic essential oils of frankincense, copaiba, camphor, clove, birch, wintergreen, and mica for color.
Directions: Bath: Sprinkle 1/4c into warm running water and allow salts to melt. Tub sizes vary yet maximum usage rate recommended is 1/2c in water.
